How we do it...
Upon acquisition, we immediately incorporate our management system, which is unique in the industry. We strongly believe in developing excellent relations with our tenants, while offering the best possible service at all times. We want them to feel their apartment is not just a rental, but their home.
Aside from offering responsive service, we distribute personalized newsletters every couple of months, we offer ‘Welcome Baskets” to new tenants, and much more. Additionally, we institute a forward-looking high-incentive approach to working with our management team and staff.
Our Goals...
GL Investment Group has a long-term vision and accompanying strategy, which is unaffected by short-term market fluctuations. Real estate returns (R.O.I.) go parabolic in the mid-term of ownership. In other words, much of real estate wealth-building is directly related to the period of time a property is owned. The key to success lies in not only holding properties long-term, but managing them extremely well in the short and mid-term to allow for the long-term parabolic returns.
